Privacy

The shortest honest version: we hold your email address and the numbers you type in. That’s the list.

What we store. Your email (to sign you in), your settings (currency, country if you chose one, payday), and the five lists plus monthly snapshots you create. Data lives in a Supabase database hosted in Europe, protected so that each account can only ever read its own rows.

What we never have. Your bank credentials — Gen has no bank connection by design. No transaction scraping, no open-banking tokens, nothing to leak.

Payments. Card details go to Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they never touch our servers. We store only your subscription status.

No tracking. No advertising pixels, no selling data, no third-party analytics scripts on your numbers. Exchange rates are fetched from the European Central Bank’s public feed without sending anything about you.

Your rights. Download everything (Settings → Download my data) or erase everything (Settings → Delete account) at any moment, no email required, no retention. Deletion is immediate and total.
